YOUR WEDDING EXPERIENCE

Your wedding will move through three beautiful spaces at The Island Resort—from your beach ceremony, to cocktail hour on the Island Green, and finally into the Maui Room for your reception.

Our goal is to make those transitions feel effortless while creating the high-energy celebration you described. We’ll provide dedicated audio coverage throughout the property, professional DJ & MC services, intentional lighting, and a detailed planning process designed around your music preferences and the experience you want for your guests.

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE

BEACH CEREMONY

• Dedicated ceremony sound system
• Pre-ceremony music as guests arrive
• Professional ceremony music playback and cueing
• Wireless headset microphone for the officiant
• Separate wireless microphone for vows and readings
• Processional and recessional music coordination

ISLAND GREEN COCKTAIL HOUR

• Separate dedicated cocktail-hour sound system
• Cocktail-hour music customized around your preferred atmosphere and style
• Equipment prepared in advance for a smooth transition from the ceremony into cocktail hour

MAUI ROOM RECEPTION

• Professional DJ & MC services
• Premium reception sound system
• Wireless microphone for speeches and toasts
• Grand entrance introductions and announcements
• First dance and special dance coordination
• Dinner music
• Cake cutting and reception-formality coordination
• High-energy open dancing
• Professional dance floor lighting
• Venue uplighting throughout the reception space

During dinner and formalities, the lighting will remain elegant and complement the atmosphere of the room. Once the dance floor opens, we’ll transition the lighting and music to create the energetic party atmosphere you’re looking for.

MUSIC & RECEPTION PLANNING

Great receptions don't happen by accident. Our planning process gives us the information we need to create a night that feels like your wedding, while still giving us the flexibility to read the room and keep your guests engaged.

You’ll receive dedicated ceremony and reception planning forms covering:

• Ceremony music and cues
• Grand entrance selections
• First dance and special dances
• Must-Play songs
• Do-Not-Play songs
• Favorite genres and artists
• Guest and music preferences
• Reception formalities
• Special requests and important moments

Your selections give us the foundation. From there, we’ll use our experience and the energy in the room to keep the music flowing naturally and the dance floor moving throughout the night.

DJ/MC EVENT FLOW

We’ll handle introductions, announcements, formalities, and transitions throughout the reception while working alongside The Island Resort’s day-of coordinator.

From the grand entrance through the final dance, our role is to help keep everything moving smoothly so you can enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about what happens next.

ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE

PREMIER — $2,500

Everything included in Signature, plus:

  • Live Ceremony Violin

Add the elegance of live violin to your beach ceremony, creating a memorable live-music experience for one of the most important moments of your wedding day.

COMPLETE — $2,800

Everything included in Premier, plus:

  • Live Cocktail-Hour Violin with Select Live Jazz Guitar

  • Custom Last Dance Song

Following the ceremony, live violin continues during cocktail hour on the Island Green, creating an elegant and relaxed atmosphere for your guests. During select moments, live jazz guitar will join the violin for an additional layer of live entertainment before transitioning into the DJ experience for your reception.

We’ll also create a Custom Last Dance Song specifically for the two of you, giving you a personal and memorable way to close out the celebration.

RESERVING YOUR DATE

Your selected Signature Experience is $2,200.

A signed Event Services Agreement and 25% retainer are required to officially secure February 27, 2027.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding.

If you decide you’d like to move into Premier or Complete, we can update your experience prior to the wedding.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We’ll arrive prepared and execute your wedding with professionalism and care. If something within our control prevents us from delivering a contracted service, we’ll do what we can to make it right.
